Making and Submitting Material

What formats are acceptable for submission to Cool Net Space?: Coolnetspace accepts material as MPG, WMV, MOV, AVI video or mp3 samples. Remember; You can turn your scanned pictures in to a video slideshow with your Windows Movie Maker.
How do I submit material?: Videos up to 10 MB can be uploaded once your account has been approved. Files larger than about 3 MB must be sent via e-mail or regular mail on a CD (we suggest that you use a carrier that will track your package for security purposes). Large files can also be sent by e-mail using services such as www.driveway.com or www.yousendit.com . We don't advocate any particular large file senders. These ones offer a free version as others may do. You make your own choice and decide. Note: Videos of one minute or less don't usually require more than about 3-4 MB file size in the wmv format, which we prefer. All other formats are much larger files.

In connection with Terms of use, you agree that you will not: (i) submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material. (ii) publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage any third party; (iii) submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate (iv) impersonate another person. Cool Net Space does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and Cool Net Space will remove all Content and User Submissions if properly notified that such Content or User Submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights. Cool Net Space reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice. Cool Net Space will also terminate a User's account, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a User who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had a User Submission removed from the Website more than twice. Cool Net Space also reserves the right to decide whether Content or a User Submission is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Service for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. Cool Net Space may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User's account for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Note: Coolnetspace may not see every aspect of clients submissions. The client ultimately is responsible for ad content.
How long does my ad stay on Cool Net Space?: Your ad stays on Cool Net Space until you decide to cancel your account.; Note: If canceled before time paid for, there is no refund on the remaining time.

What formats can I upload?: Cool Net Space accepts video files from most digital cameras camcorders (no DV format), and cell phones in the MPG, MPEG, WMV, JPEG,MOV, AVI, and slide shows you make in Windows Movie Maker. ( We offer a service to convert your photos or binary files to a video for a reasonable fee. You can mail us your picture scans or your video. Tell us what you need to finish your project).
What does an account consist of?: Each regular account consists of an up to 30 second spot of audio video for $6 per month. No more than 250 characters of text describing your business or product and what category best suits your account, include up to three keywords for the search engine. It is possible to have more than one account per client if the client wants multiple categories. 60 second spots are $12 each per month. If you wish to be shown in more than one category an additional $6 per category (30 second spot) and $10 per category per month (60 second spot).; Note: You can have as many accounts as you want. Longer than 60 second spots can also be done. Inquire.
How do I pay for my account?: Accounts are paid for through PayPal. All major credit cards accepted through PayPal. If you don't like online credit card transactions, send certified check or money order. Submitted to: P.O. (In New Mexico, Taxes Apply 6.875% on all transactions).; 60 Second Spot: Minimum is 6 months plus $12 setup fee, Total of $84. One year, $144, no setup fee. Will make any category you prefer.

How do I make a video?: You'll need to have a device that can capture digital movies—this could be a camcorder, digital camera, or possibly your cell phone. Copy the movies to your computer, and then they can be uploaded, sent as an email attachment or you can burn them to a disk and mail the material to us. You may want to use software such as iMovie (Mac users) or your Windows MovieMaker on your computer, to add special effects and your title. Please don't send files larger than about 2.5 megbytes as an email attachment, use a large file handler as stated above (driveway.com or yousendit.com and several others).
